One of these national companies is now looking for a well-organized, sales-oriented Managing Director.
As a true leader with proven management skills and power to motivate he will synergize the Slovak organization into ONE team.

The position
- overall responsibility of the Slovak subsidiary
- regular adaptation of strategic activities in cooperation with the division management
- future-oriented and operational support of the sales team
- optimization of business processes and measures to increase efficiency, especially in sales
- motivational and uniting, team-strengthening leadership

The requirement profile
- relevant work experience
- sound industry knowledge in the manufacturing construction industry
- proven Manager with a sound business understanding and good negotiating skills
- hands-on mentality, proactive personality with handshake quality
- fluent in English
