About the Role
Kenvue is seeking a Head of EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This senior leadership role ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll delivery while driving strategic initiatives and leading a regional team. You’ll report to the Global Head of Payroll and collaborate across HR, Finance, and Technology teams to advance payroll excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional payroll teams to deliver compliant, high-quality service.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to streamline processes.
- Implement technology-driven improvements using automation and AI.
- Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and audit requirements.
- Drive standardization, efficiency, and best practices across the region.
- Provide strategic input and reporting to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of payroll management experience in multinational environments.
- In-depth knowledge of EMEA payroll laws and vendor management.
- Experience with systems such as ADP, NGA, SDWorx, Kronos, Workday, or ServiceNow.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar credential preferred.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, process design, or AI implementation is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages a plus.
