Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main tasks:
- Successful implementation of IATF16949 / ISO14001/ISO 9001 at our 4 sites in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia
- Complaint processing according to automotive specifications in cooperation with our site managers and customers
- Planning and implementation of internal and external audits incl. evaluation and development (VDA6.3, IATF16949, ISO14001)
- Continuous evaluation of national and international laws and guidelines as well as the implementation of management system specifications in local processes
- Carrying out customer sampling and documentation according to standards (PPAP, VDA/EMPB)
- Optimisation of quality processes and cooperation with customers
- Collaboration on projects, e.g. in the area of business development
- Further development and training of managers with regard to standards requirements and quality awareness

Profile
- Completed studies (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, quality management) or comparable training with additional qualification in quality management incl. certified auditor (1st and 2nd party auditor IATF, VDA 6.3, ISO19011)
- Several years of professional experience in quality management (automotive sector is an advantage)
- Several years of experience in automotive core tools, e.g. 8D report, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, VDA, APQP
- High willingness to travel and flexibility
- Independent, analytical, structured and conscientious way of working with a high level of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Fluent written and spoken English, German is an advantage
