Or international HR services team here in Bratislava is looking for a new team member, who would help our German recruitment team to find and recruit the best talent supporting them throughout the whole process and be a strong communication partner internally as well as externally.

What will be your daily responsibilities?

You will by mainly responsible for supporting local Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialists in Germany with sourcing the best candidates and ensuring the recruitment process runs seamlessly, including:

-CV analysis and candidate research
-Managing candidate pools
-Phone Pre-screening of candidates
-Booking interviews & assessments
-Active communication with candidates as well as recruiters
-Handling and processing administrative tasks in our internal HR system
-Working closely together with other HR colleagues to support the business and provide a smooth and consistent user experience

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

-Motivation to learn and work in the field of Recruitment
-Previous experience within HR would be a big advantage
-Fluent English
-Excellent / Near-native German (communication with HR and candidates in Germany)
-MS Office - user-level knowledge
-Great communication & organization skills
-Creativity and openness, focus on solutions
-Curios person and ambiguity handler
