KONE IT is an organization of process development and IT experts responsible for developing and managing KONE’s cutting-edge IT solutions worldwide. We are looking for a Solution Owner, Centralized Transactions to join our team of IT professionals in the IT solution team for Finance and Reporting.
• You will have end to end ownership of solutions supporting KONE’s shared service centers and centralized finance processes (e.g. accounts payable and cash collection) globally
• You will work closely with the management of the SSC organization and relevant Global Process Owners and business stakeholder to propose, influence and define the development roadmaps.
• Your responsibilities include the definition of application architecture and interface with other solutions, supplier analysis, tool selection, TCO management and benefits realization, solution ramp-up & ramp-down, SLA definition and follow up, solution governance including supplier management and stakeholder management as well as ensuring business continuity and support needed for business critical solutions for SSC operations.
• You will drive the selection and adaptation of Robotic Process Automation solutions at KONE from IT perspective.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Personality requirements and skills

• Effective and fluent communication in English
• At least 5-10 years prior working experience in an IT organization in a multinational company
• Experience in solutions for SSCs (workflow, SAP FSCM and Fiori )
• Experience with robotic process automation solutions is a big advantage
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Proven good negotiation skills
• Conceptual thinker with hands on approach
• University education, preferably in IT, Finance, Economics or business administration
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
•Self – driven, punctual with attention to details
•Team player, customer - oriented
