Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Documenting the requirements in described format / template such as “Process description document” using various techniques and tools. Ex: MS Office, Visio etc.
  • Collaborating with SSC Operations to identify challenges in day to day activities and meeting SLA´s,
  • Process assessing to understand the process maturity & feasibility to automate
  • Identifying opportunities to automate processes and support business to overcome the challenges
  • Developing “Solution Design documents”
  • Coordinating and tracking the development progress
  • Maintain document related to ISO & other audit requirement – Risk Register, MOM, etc

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Visio - advanced
SAP - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or the equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
  • Min. 1 years of experience in RPA is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid ability to work closely with business units to determine needs, prioritize, and execute their strategy
  • Strong ability to manage priorities and communicate updates
  • Great presentation skills
  • Experiences in using of MS Office, Visio and Mindmap
