Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Processing agent you will be working closely with KONE colleagues abroad on creating customers, equipments, contracts or billing documents in our system and manage and update the data. You will be part of a great team of professionals who work together to improve the flow of urban life.
What will you do?
* Contract administration | Master data management | Billing for Balkan countries (E2E process)
* Validate the documentation provided and enter the data in SAP system
* Execute quality checks at various stages of the process and keep the quality statistics up to date
* Contact point for our colleagues in Romania, Serbia and Cyprus.
