Job description, responsibilities and duties
KONE Shared Services in looking for a French Speaking Processing Agent for its Billing Team. As a Processing agent you will be working closely with KONE colleagues In France and support them on processing billing documents in our system and managing and updating the data. You will be part of a great team of professionals who work together to improve the flow of urban life.
What will you do?
- Validate the documentation provided by colleagues in France and execute quality checks at various stages of the process
- Process tasks related to billing - invoices, debit notes, credit notes, updates of billing periods, etc.
- Back-reporting or performance of other processes of the SSC scope.
- Communicate daily with KONE colleagues in France
