We are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international team of great colleagues.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality talent acquisition services for our units in Slovakia (KONE Shared Service and HO) and work together with colleagues from other CEE countries. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver end-to-end talent acquisition services that support KONE’s current and future business needs, engages and motivates employees and develops a positive employer brand.

- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Experience in collaborating with schools and universities will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience in attracting top talent including using social media and other channels
- Excellent communications skills, good influencing skills, good time management and work organizational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Data analysis skills
- Experience of using data to drive decisions and identify improvements
- Fluent in Slovak and English, other languages as an advantage
- Experience in collaborating with schools and universities will be an advantage
