The Role

We are currently looking for Senior Recruiter with English to join the Korn Ferry Futurestep on a new client account. You will be devoted to support the growth in EMEA, with strong focus on Czech market and wider EMEA hirhing In this role you will be closely working with Sourcing Specialist to ensure we bring best talents into the business. Key Accountabilities

Working in the role you will be required to:

• Pro-actively work to attract and directly source top quality candidates and build candidate talent pools
• Utilize all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
• Build effective relationship with the internal hiring community to fully understand the needs
• Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
• Track & log all recruitment activity accurately on the Recruitment Tracking tool
• Provide expertise and feedback to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
• Maintain KPI’s and provide the highest data integrity within reporting

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Previous demonstrable success delivering either onsite (RPO), in-house processes or in agency
• Full end to end, 360 recruitment experience
• Ability to work to tight timelines
• Strong communication, influencing skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to think and act strategically
• Ability to effectively adapt to new technology and use to drive efficiencies
• Creative and capable of planning with a high level of attention to detail
• Ambassador for the best possible candidate experience through professional recruitment practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with other European languages advantageous
• IT Literate with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Experience interpreting data and reporting
• Experience operating in a global organization desirable
