The Role

At Futurestep, we are looking for an experienced sourcer, interested in gaining further recruitment expertise on local Czech market with great exposure to EMEA region. As our teams are growing, we will welcome on board those who are open for long – term cooperation and challenging sourcing activities among EMEA candidates! Our Recruiters are based across EMEA. In this role you will be working closely with Senior Recruiter to ensure we bring best talents into our business.

Key Accountabilities

Working in the role you will be required to:
  • Attracting top talents for specific career opportunities on Czech market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies;
  • Executing headhunting, talent sourcing and networking strategies;
  • Approaching and screening candidates;
  • Creating talent pools as well as pipelining;
  • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data;
  • Cooperating with Internal Recruiter on a daily basis and supporting him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the recruitment – we are always looking for ideas how to be better!

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position you would have:
  • Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices;
  • Fluent level of English
  • Motivation to work closely with Senior Internal Recruiter;
  • Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems;
  • Focus towards deadlines and goals – taking ownership of your workload;
  • Ability to work in fast – paced environment;
  • Positive attitude and proactivity in daily duties
