Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role Responsibilities - What we expect of you day to day

• Responsible and accountable to align, implement and drive the sales plan for the assigned region, in accordance with the outlined corporate objectives and goals
• Develop and execute region specific sales strategies that lead to new account signings, retention of existing accounts and increased revenue from signed accounts and intermediaries.
• Building long-term relationships with companies from the advertising industry (media agencies, advertisers),
• Meet or exceed company’s sales goals in assigned territory.
• Management and evolvement of the size, shape & health of the sales pipeline
• CRM tracking and customer follow up.
• Checking own sales performance based on KPIs, autonomous derivation of suitable tactical and strategic measures to optimize results.
• Participation in industry events (trade fairs, congresses, seminars
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Czech Republic and other Eastern European countries.

Ideal Candidate

• Fluent in Czech and English (further Slavonic language skills are beneficial).
• Excellent communication, influencing skills and interpersonal skills, able to engage and gain commitment from peers.
• You are a goal-oriented, dynamic character with a network of existing relationships.
• You are goal and success-oriented person and with proven experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Pro-active, creative, outside the box approach to work and problem solving with the ability to spot and deal with issues as they occur.
• Excellent data analytic skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities
• Computer proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word and Outlook.
