Job description, responsibilities and duties

The position is responsible for developing new business relationships with existing global or international accounts, plus cultivating and expanding services delivered for existing accounts within the territory in conformity with the LHH sales process and policies/practices.

The candidate will cultivate relationships and manage account sales plans, including the generation of new business activity-generating leads within the territory (CZ/SK)

The role is not managerial, and the successful candidate will be responsible for consistent evidence of prospecting activity and sales progress.

Protect and manage existing revenue base. Expansion of revenue in existing account relationships through quarterly client reviews and periodic reporting with clients.

Stimulate revenue growth in assigned accounts headquartered locally and collaborate with national account managers in Recruitment Solutions, L&D, CT&M, ICEO, Executive Coaching, World class Assessments and other business lines as required.
