Order Picker – Barendrecht, the Netherlands

Hourly wage: €14.85 gross

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to work as Order Pickers for a food logistics company. The job involves collecting and packing orders with fresh products such as fruits, vegetables, and dairy. Work takes place in cold warehouse conditions (approx. 3–7°C) and follows a 3-shift system: morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of English or Polish is required;

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus;

• Willingness to perform physical work in low temperatures;

• Motivation, reliability, and attention to detail.

We offer:

• Attractive hourly wage: €14.85 gross;

• Shift allowances up to 200%;
