Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client, Science 37, has revolutionized clinical trial industry by developing technology-based platform to enable delivery of virtual clinical trials by bringing clinical trials to patients' homes. Backed by venture investors such as Glynn Capital, Google Ventures, Redmile Group, dRx Capital and Lux Capital, Science 37 are revolutionizing the clinical trial industry. To help Science 37 achieve that goal, we are seeking Strategic Pricing Analyst responsible for executing pricing for billable projects by Science 37 on behalf of its clients. The Strategic Pricing Analyst also helps to facilitate the internal alignment of the Accounting & Finance, Operations and Commercial teams on pricing strategies and budgets; including but not limited to pricing, payment terms and other terms as needed related to billable projects.
Only apply if you meet the following criterion: 2+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical space, preferable in a Finance, Pricing or Procurement role with a CRO, biopharmaceutical company or company that provides technology or services to the biopharmaceutical industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. With guidance, works with key team members, departmental heads, and internal experts to ensure high-quality proposals are successfully budgeted and submitted in a timely manner
2. Utilizes knowledge of clinical research and the biopharmaceutical industry to understand pricing requirements from RFPs and Change Order Requests
3. Analyzes requests for Proposals and Change Orders and applies the information provided in the appropriate budget templates
4. Ensures that the pricing and terms being proposed are aligned with corporate financial targets and guidance
5. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualifications are preferred and/or equivalent applicable experience:
1. Bachelor's / Master's degree in life sciences and/or finance
2. 2+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical space, preferable in a Finance, Pricing or Procurement role with a CRO, biopharmaceutical company or company that provides technology or services to the biopharmaceutical industry.
3. Basic understanding of clinical trial proposals, budgets and their execution

3. Computer skills – Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Google applications, projectmanagement and analytics software. Able to generate business correspondence, createforms and generate reports as required.

CAPABILITIES
