Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our team in Slovakia (Bratislava), we are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated
Logistics and Sales Backoffice Specialist (m/f)
Your tasks:
-) Responsible for the coordination of the bulk warehouse set-up in Hungary
-) Supporting the European LUKOIL customer sales and service center
-) Handling of bulk deliveries within Hungary from the local warehouse location (in alignment with Customer Service, Sales and Central Logistics)
-) Replenishment of the warehouses in alignment with 3rd party providers and the producers
-) Following-up on all legal requirements and possible changes concerning storage, packaging & waste regulation as well as distribution & selling of oil products/lubricants
-) Logistics cost reporting and Intrastat Reporting for several countries
-) Reporting required by the Hungarian legislation
-) Providing information on inquiries concerning delivery and logistics
-) Data entry and data maintenance
-) Participation on system testing and development
-) Various further administrative tasks
