Application Engineer - Milling

Main tasks of the successful candidate will be:
• to be a key person for Milling technologies & applications from technical point of view in the company;
• provide hands on expertise on CNC milling machines;
• to evaluate the customer requirements and defining the optimum solution for customer using the company products (machine tools) including fixturing design, cutting tools selection, define the machining process (cutting speeds etc.);
• to generate machining processes (tool selection, tool paths, fixtures, etc.) and develop new machining strategies using computer aided technologies;
• to take active part in Turnkey project realization including identifying and procuring the necessary manufacturing equipment, establish the offered process on machine;
• to support sales team in pre-sales activities;
• to demonstrate machines and its functionalities to customers during pre-sales /exhibition activities;
• to consult customers for the entire manufacturing process including technologies
• to provide high level of technical support to external customers at their location
• to provide on-site training & application support to the customers within Europe.
