We require
• College, university degree or equal education, ideally in a Business Administrative environment or IT
• 5-10 years sales or customer service experience, preferably within a contact center or fast moving sales environment, IT sector experience is a plus
• Excellent relationship building skills and strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration and motivation
• Fluency in English and the native language of the target market is a must

Responsibilities
• Responsible for territory revenue growth in a country/region. The territory is defined as a number of partners, typically up to 20 partners.
• Works with partner Account Manager's within territory to develop pipeline and forecast Commercial business
• Manages partner focus within territory by coaching, educating and supporting those partners to position, offer and deploy Cisco products and services.
• Manages funnel growth, funnel conversion and partner sales performance within territory including opportunity/deal management
• Requirements, recruits and nurtures resellers in order to establish a tight connection with the sales channel
• Act as business advisor, build business plan with the resellers to ensure collaboration is profitable for both parties
• Responsible for achieving quartely and annual goals
