We are looking for a new member to our helpdesk team in Prague offices. If you are English and German speaking, analytical thinking and customer oriented, send me your CV! Together we can achieve great technical progress and provide perfect services to our customers.
We are looking for somebody, who enjoys helping people and consider himself/herself technically oriented. As a customer care specialist, you will be contacted by company clients from the business environment via phone or chat with some technical issues. You don't need any technical education or special experience, although if you do have them we will put a monetary value on them. The company provides 1-month training to secure smooth integration.
