We are looking for a candidate experienced in providing technical customer support (call centre managed services) with German language.

We are in Prague! Help us to achieve this goal and participate in a successful growing project!

Your main responsibilities will be:
✔ providing remote 1st line technical support to clients
✔ ticket coordination between client and partners
✔ basic troubleshooting with the focus on Linux and Windows Servers
✔ technical coordination and preparation of technical documentation and reports

Our client operates a 24/7 client support environment and the service desk analysts are required to work 8 hour shifts on a rotational basis.

Profil kandidáta

✔ working experience with IT help desk or call centre
✔ fluent English and German is a must
