Digital Sales Assistant - 40.000 Kč

· Ensuring to the customer the highest level of pre and post sales assistance
· Controlling and solving customer care issues, both directly and with the aid of back office resources, applying the most suitable procedures in order to resolve issues
· Cooperating with colleagues involved in the project
· Training period at the Italian HQ in Venice (1-3 months)
· Availability on night and weekend shifts

· Very good knowledge of Italian and English/ German. Speaking a third language among Russian, French or Spanish will be preferential
· Completely autonomous organization, flexibility, relational and communication abilities
