Job description, responsibilities and duties

As the Staffing Specialist you will:

- source talents both locally and internationally
- conduct screening telephone interviews with candidates
- use searching tools as Corporate Careers Web Site, Applicant Tracking System, 3rd Party Job Boards, Social Media recruiting, colleges and professional associations talent recruiting
- recommend and apply sourcing strategies
- demonstrate and articulate corporate culture, values, strategies, work environment and benefits to candidates
- advise managers on labour market conditions as well as advise internal clients on international staffing process
- submit candidates to hiring managers using specific uniform processes and schedule interviews - act as a Central point
- maintain contact with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- escalate issues through Staffing organization
- track and update candidate status through the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
