Responsibilites:



  • As the first contact you will provide prompt solutions to clients by clearly identifying the issue, researching possible solutions, and finally guiding the client through corrective steps

  • Escalate cases to support representatives of higher level

  • Effectively communicate to the general public, co-workers, and management

Profil kandidáta

Requirements:



  • Proficiency in English

  • Another language (German/Spanish/French/Dutch/Hebrew) on level B2/C1 will be a huge advantage

  • Excellent social skills – the ability to deal with a variety of people is a must

  • Interest in Technology and willingness to learn and develop new skills

  • Customer service orientation

  • Flexibility to work in shifts
