You will be answering emails and incoming phone calls from the customers of the company, and helping the customers with their issues, and orders from the e-shop.
You will be identifying and documenting customers' issue.
You will be effectively communicating with the general public, co-workers, and management.
You will be updating the company's database.
- Czech/Slovak & Hungarian language on B2/C1 level at least, English on communication level
