Business Software Analyst

• Gather requirements and cooperate with the stakeholders on analysis clarification and understanding of the requirements


• Break requirements down to smaller items, so the team is able to develop them quickly and in a sequence that provides best value and quality


• Provide system and functional analysis and solution design


• Understand the product structure and technical details, improve the product where it is possible


• Track necessary requirements through their lifecycle and progress of work with established tools


• Provides support and participate in team's work practices

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of analytical methods and UML


• Knowledge of software design, software documentation, development process


• Knowledge of OOP principles


• Familiarity with financial products and principles. Experience with payment cards is a great advantage!


• Solid understanding of tracking and version control systems


• Similar professional experience; university education in IT is a plus


• Good English
