Are you fluent in English? Do you want to work full-time in an international company in Bratislava (Slovakia)? Are you the type of person who gets satisfaction from solving problems? Send me your CV and we can talk it over!
You will answer incoming support related phone calls as the first line of contact for the company and help customers with their issues.
The customers will contact you with technical problems related to company products - how to reset a password, how to set up the router, information about the products, etc.
Because of the time difference between you and the customer, you need to work between 1 pm and 1 am, always 8 hours long shift. The employer realizes it's not always easy and that's why you get extra benefits for the night shifts.

Profil kandidáta
