Your role:


- Responding to customers queries coming via emails/phone

  • Requests are related to stock check, order/delivery status check, new order request, raising complaints (price, delivery, product-related)
  • You will be using the CRM system and e-ordering platform
  • Daily contact with various back-office departments such as logistics, customer master and pricing team

Profil kandidáta

Your profile:


- Fluent English and French (written and spoken)

  • Previous customer service experience is a big plus!
  • Good communication skills
