YOU WILL:

• Answer e-mail and phone calls from customers


• Answer technical questions about cameras setting, explain functionality, give advice


• Inform customers about products and services provided by the company


• Solve basic customer's issues


• Attend various courses (to improve communication, language, and technical skills)

YOU ARE...

• German native speaker or your German language is at the very advanced level


• Fluent in English 


• Experienced in the customer service field


• Fan of technology - cameras, photography
