Manual Tester – System Quality Engineer

A great opportunity to forward your career to the next level. In this role, you will analyze issues, find the root of the problem and a way how to fix it. This is quite independent work with escalation of the issue to the development team or other related parties only after careful investigation. The position is open in the team working on the development of SW products for hospitality and involves collaboration with the team/manager in the USA.

• Work in the Scrum team, participate in Release/Integration planning, smoke, feature and regression test planning/execution.


• Manage assigned tasks, tracking tasks to completion and reporting on risks


• Review designs with developers and architects in consideration of testability and supportability


• Set up test environments as required including POS hardware, windows networking and installing software applications


• Design, develop, and execute test plans and scripts for all components of a product to ensure the delivery of quality software products that meet customer specifications


• Maximize automation: question & challenge manual processes and look for automation alternatives


• Leverage our test tools, Microsoft TFS (WIT, Team City), JIRA and other required applications


• Test the product in labs when needed
