- Provide remote technical support to the end-users
- Identify root cause of incidents
- Ensure resolution of incidents and service requests
Profil kandidáta
- Approximately 2+ years experience in network administration or support
- Hands-on knowledge of any from the following technologies: Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed, Alcatel, Bluecoat
- Any relevant certificate is an advantage
- Good English
WORKING HOURS
Company’s operation hours are from 6am until 6pm, you will work an 8 hour shift during these hours (typical shifts are from 6 am and 9 am). The team also provides on-call support outside the core hours which is compensated additionally.
