What is about pursuing your career and expanding your skills in IT? This is a great opportunity for people with 1-2 years of expereince in IT Helpdesk, as a completely new team is created. Moreover, you will work in the multinational environment a prosperous pharmaceutical company.

- Ensures all attributes to identities / Privileged AD (active directory) accounts are current (ownership, Application ID, etc.) providing necessary updates in a timely fashion
- Process all requests for modification and password resets of Privileged Active Directory accounts raised and assist users with issues for any password related issues
- Ensures proper authorizations and approvals are obtained for requests
- Provides continuous input and feedback to improve/streamline processes
- Executes ad-hoc queries to provide production data statistics
- Assists in updating operations documents as well as in housekeeping and monitoring tasks related to security and compliance
Profil kandidáta
- Approximately two years of previous experience in managing digital identities and user accounts
- Previous experience working in global teams would be beneficial
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Digital Identity, Service Now
- Strong customer orientation
- Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic
- Start in March
- Ability to work on different shifts:
There is a possibility to work either 8 or 12 hours daily (long week, short week)
