  • Creating new customer accounts, changes to existing accounts, handling renewals/expiry

  • Communicate effectively internally and externally in the face requests from customers, partners, account teams

  • Help to ensure a fast response time

  • Report on provisioning trending information from CRM systems, support ticket statistics and escalations

  • Work with other teams internally on such as automation, data migration and acquisition integration

  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and procedures, and provide feedback to put the customer first

Profil kandidáta

  • Minimum of 2-year experience in the related field

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers

  • English speaker

  • Knowledge of CRM system and independent user of MS Office tools

  • Commitment to process improvement

  • Able to work under own initiative and with minimal supervision
