Our client´s team is known for its diversity of talent and skills. Our client is a leading technology company with offices based all over the world. You will join virtual team and cooperate with colleagues from North America. If you are looking for a new challenge you are the right candidate!
- Creating new customer accounts, changes to existing accounts, handling renewals/expiry
- Communicate effectively internally and externally in the face requests from customers, partners, account teams
- Help to ensure a fast response time
- Report on provisioning trending information from CRM systems, support ticket statistics and escalations
- Work with other teams internally on such as automation, data migration and acquisition integration
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and procedures, and provide feedback to put the customer first
Profil kandidáta
- Minimum of 2-year experience in the related field
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- English speaker
- Knowledge of CRM system and independent user of MS Office tools
- Commitment to process improvement
- Able to work under own initiative and with minimal supervision
