Do you speak English and would like to develop your skills in IT? Do you want to learn how to solve the most typical issues with software and hardware? Are you interested in working in a multinational team? Then IT Service Desk Analyst role is perfect for you. There are afternoon 8 hours shifts from Monday to Friday (2:30pm - 11:30 pm), so you can sleep longer or have enough time for other activities!
You will work for Proservia – IT division of ManpowerGroup providing end user services. Proservia offers a full range of services in the field of architecture, transformation and outsourcing to support customers in their daily challenges around their IT. - Providing First Level IT Support to customers in the countries of North America
- Lodging and tracking requests, maintaining history records
- Close cooperation with the other team members
- Communication via phone and email
- Daily use of English language
- Location in the modern office near metro station Pankrac
Profil kandidáta
- Fluent English (min. C1 or native speaker)
- Previous relevant experience or skills from customer support advantage.
- Candidates without relevant experience but with great interest in IT are welcome as well.
- Customer-oriented, good problem-solving skills
- Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic
