IT Specialista (HW i SW specialista pro výrobní firmu)

Hledáme IT specialistu se širokým rozhledem (infrastruktura, HW, SW), který bude mít na starost dohled nad výrobními a HR systémy (C/C++) v potravinářské firmě s nepřetržitým provozem. Budete mít pod sebou dvoučlenný IT tým (1 HW a 1 SW) a s těmito kolegy se budete dělit i o pohotovost (24/7).
✅ Reviews user requirements and needs within the existing software and performs analysis, design, implementation, installation, and training related to adaptations made to the existing programs:

✅ Analyzes and plans system-adaptations based on consultations with management and/or staff. Set up time frames and establishment and implementation of the plan.
✅ Designs and documents adaptations based on analysis results and further consultation with management and staff.
✅ Develops databases, programs, and procedures necessary to integrate and/or implement the adaptations. Tests system fully to determine its operational reliability.
✅ Documents system for user department and IT, conforming to institutional standards.
✅ Assists user and operating areas in implementing and supporting systems including system installation, training, and troubleshooting.

✅ Develops, modifies, and maintains assigned programs. Monitors the operation of assigned programs and responds to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding.

✅ Carries out fact-finding and program analysis of problems; applies established procedures to bring resolution.

✅ Provides technical advice and support to users. This includes creating ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and correction, training, and problem-solving.

✅ Supervises installation, modifications, and maintenance of utility software and hardware systems.

✅ Supervises a small team of IT members, manages the planning of the department, and gives operational leadership to the members.

☑️ Engineering degree in information technology or equivalent
☑️ Proven track record in ICT-technologies and software (C++, C#)
☑️ A minimum of 5 years of experience in the following products: Microsoft SQL 2008 or higher, Microsoft Visual Studio, Basic understanding of servers and networks
☑️ Good communication skills in Czech and in English (spoken and written)
