- Monitor overdue accounts
- Order credit check and release management
- Minimize the number of delinquent accounts
- Contact customers to align payment dates
- Monitoring of customers on payment plans
- Answering customer credit-related questions
Profil kandidáta
- Experienced in a similar field in a multi-national company
- Fluent English and French language
- Experienced in credit management is a big advantage!
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
