Are you a German native speaker or have C2 level of German? Do you have technical mindset and previous experience from IT helpdesk position? Then this could be a great option for you! You will provide application support for car dealership software produced by a company which is a leader in this market segment. In this position, you will work with German clients from automotive sector and troubleshoot their issues.

The place of work is in Prague 7 – Holešovice. 8-hour shifts during daytime.

  • Solving software related issues through our case management system and webchat.

  • Analysing and resolving complex software product issues, using analytical and technical skills

  • Be in touch with the customer

  • Guiding, advising and mentoring other team members and our customers on issue and problem resolution

  • Documenting solutions and producing written mentorship on resolution steps and procedures

  • Reporting issues and recommending process improvements

Profil kandidáta

  • Fluent German (on the level of native speaker)

  • Strong English (B2 or higher)

  • 1 year+ of previous experience in IT/Technical support. Techy mindset

  • Interest in communication with people and helping them to solve their issues

  • Motivation to work long-term
