• Responsibility for creating learning materials, guidelines and ensure the best learning experiences


• Designing high-quality training content in various formats


• Improving learner experiences using an array of approaches that engage learners


• Working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and facilitating co-creation sessions with various stakeholders


• Training effectiveness measures and insights
