Do you have experience in application support and would like to grow further? Are you eager to work in one of the IT leading companies in the world? You have this opportunity in the team providing support of different mobile solutions or visibility tools. They work with applications running on traditional server setup as well as cloud technologies (private and public) including containers.

  • Providing 2nd level support for internal set of applications/services supporting the whole application/service lifecycle from initial testing to production support

  • Liaising with developers to overcome known problems and improve the service quality and supports ongoing projects

  • Own assigned tasks to final restoration and collaborates with other support teams within the organization and external suppliers

  • Monitor and oversee the overall performance of the service

  • Automate housekeeping activities

  • Keep all required technical documentation up-to date

  • Participate in on-call support approx. one week per month

Profil kandidáta


  • Previous experience in area of Application or IT support

  • Advanced experience in Linux/Unix

  • Basic knowledge of Bash & Powershell scripting

  • Standard knowledge of Windows server

  • Familiarity with MS SQL and Oracle DB, active SQL usage

  • Analytical skills and ability to get quickly from incident/problem to solution

  • Fluent English (both verbal and writing)
