  • Work with control owners to review narratives and key controls for completeness, accuracy and appropriateness

  • Assist with the development of action plans to remediate control deficiencies

  • Work with process owners to ensure policy and procedure documentation is updated

  • Assist with changes to controls, either due to system, process, and/or people changes

  • Perform compliance and quality reviews on key accounting and finance processes to ensure quality supporting documentation for reconciliations and journal entries

  • Identify areas of improvement in existing process methodology and policies

  • Identify gaps and recommend enhancements

  • Organize and maintain all SOX documentation

  • Monitor and ensure consistency of control performance across Group entities

  • Monthly reviews of Financial Statements

  • Support the management of all open audits, review and regulatory fillings related issues

  • Ensure on time completion and implementation of operational changes as a result of audit findings

  • Follow up with the business on outstanding compliance and risk issues to ensure that countermeasures have been implemented

  • Provide guidance to process owners, including training, regarding control design and operation best practices

  • Coordinate annual internal and external audit, working with SSC departments to manage the audit schedule, provide timely responses, and submit appropriate documentation.



Profil kandidáta


  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in external audit, financial accounting

  • Big 4 Experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Economics, and/or Finance or equivalent

  • Strong English language skills required

  • Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures

  • Knowledge of US GAAP principles

  • Experience in SAP preferred

  • ACCA/CPA qualification preferred

  • Excellent problem solving capability required

  • Data driven problem solving capability

  • Successful track record of continuous process/product improvement

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
