Senior Specialist SAP FI/CO

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of projects and enhancements within the Finance and Controlling domain and, when necessary, also manage the correction maintenance

  • Providing in-dept technical knowledge and experience to support the business for the applications like SAP FI (Accounting), CO (Controlling) PS (Project System), TR (Treasury, In House Cash, Bank Communication management), SLAN (Nakisa Lease Accounting), Blackline, BPC and other financial applications delivering solutions which meet the business requirements and providing maintenance service on S4Hana based platform

  • Need to have a deep understanding of the end to end processes and of the integration aspects, acquire a wide vision of the current system landscape architecture and will be able to support target architecture strategy definition. Also may act as a Business Analyst, in some case as a Project Manager for Financial initiatives. A strong network will help suitable candidate to promote IS activities and let understand the added value across the organization

  • Responsible to deliver activities in projects and software changes within the Finance and Controlling domain on an S4Hana based solutio

  • Support project and change delivery by providing analysis, estimating, and implementing changes that improve business outcome

  • Responsible for “maintaining the core” = process consistency and quality across company regions and segment

  • Support the continuous solution improvement via alignment and work with the IS Delivery Manager(s)

Profil kandidáta

  • Bachelor's degree in (Business administration/Engineering or Equivalent) or at least three years in similar position

  • Multi years’ experience in global IS Enterprise Implementation managing SAP ECC and S4Hana solution

  • Excellent knowledge of SAP S4Hana system customization in the Finance and Controlling domain

  • Ability to deal with technology in continuous evolution and to follow technology trends and methodologies that will continue to evolve the delivery capabilities

  • Ability to understand the customer needs and to build an effective process to support these needs, solve complex problems

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work comfortably in an environment with concurrent tasks and changing priorities

  • Ability to work independently, receiving minimal guidance

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong customer service orientation and behavior, strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong coaching and mentorship capabilities (acts as a mentor for colleagues with less experience; provides informal guidance to junior staff)

  • Fluent English spoken
