 Responsible for all IT equipment, infrastructure, and software in the local company to compliant to Group IT standards to ensure that IT systems are reliable, up and running at optimal performance for business continuity.

 Responsible to ensure compliance to Group IT Information Security policy to safeguard Jotun from cyberthreats and business disruption.

 Responsible for all incidents, events and service requests that are assigned to be resolved and attended to within the service levels dictated in the End-to-End Framework by regular KPI reporting and monitoring.

 Run regular training sessions with all end users teaching them of the latest releases from Microsoft, Group IT, to ensure they benefit the most out of it.

 High school

 Advanced spoken and written English

 Experience in similar position

 Systematic approach, detail oriented

 Analytical and logical thinking

 Communication skills and constructive teamwork
