We are currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support by effectively managing the agendas, tasks, and communication of the relevant stakeholders.

  • Perform administrative tasks to support and assist to the Payroll Operations Manager in Europe Region

  • Coordinating, scheduling, and updating calendars

  • Prepares memos, letters, presentations, etc.

  • Arrange cost and time effective business travel arrangements

  • Organize departmental and team meetings, events

Profil kandidáta


  • Administrative and team support experience is preferred

  • Excellent English spoken and written

  • Work experience in virtual/remote teams preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
