We are looking for an experienced SW Engineering Manager who will join our Prague Hospitality engineering organization to lead multiple product teams in a global software delivery environment working on a market-leading restaurant solution.
Our aim is to turn every day into a great consumer experience, turn the restaurant into a place where you’re being served quickly, get exactly what you ordered, get great service, be able to provide feedback, and pay using mobile. Our product portfolio is the most successful restaurant solution available to the global market today. We are an agile development organization.

Profil kandidáta
- 10+ years in software engineering, part of that 5+ years in engineering management
- Strong leadership skills, people/process/technology
- Strong experience with large SW projects and complex customer implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with C++ or C# and related tech stack
- Working knowledge of cloud-native technology stack based on Azure or GCP
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Experience with SDLC tooling (GitHub, Jira or their alternatives)
- BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
- Fluent Englis
