Our client is a sucessful company certified to deliver software solutions for credit risk management, including support, maintenance and hosting of those systems. They specialise in developing, implementing, managing and maintaining credit bureaus, automated decision engines, scoring models and all other tools which are necessary to successfully drive credit risk management in financial and non-financial institutions, across the whole customer lifecycle.
We are looking for an IT Project Manager, who, except for his experience, would offer energetic personality to join our client's energetic team in Prague:)

Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, you will lead international software delivery projects within the field of credit information and risk management. Depending on experience, the role may also be entrusted with PMO methodology ownership.

 

You will:

be responsible for creating and executing structured project plans, working with development teams, managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating with our international team to ensure successful project deliveries.


  • Agile, yet on time and on budget, delivery of IT projects from initiation to go-live, including transfer to maintenance.

  • Lead IT project scoping, planning, cost estimation, and pricing. Ensure the translation of the Clients’ business requirements into specific deliverables while considering client requirements, resource requirements, project budget and project risks.

  • Client stakeholder management – own the day-to-day relationship to ensure that Client expectations are in line with the agreed scope of work, lead the resolution of all issues and secure Client acceptance of the solution.

  • Status tracking & reporting – track, forecast and communicate project developments and timelines to all stakeholders in status reports and steering meetings.

  • Ensure monthly billing and timely revenue collection; manage procurement and payments to contractors.

  • Prioritize tasks and cooperate with SCRUM team members to deliver products that satisfy client needs.

  • Ownership of PMO methodology – 20 to 40% of your time will be dedicated to the development, updating and communication of project methodology.

Profil kandidáta


  • At least 3 years’ experience in management of IT delivery projects

  • Fluent English is a must Exceptional leadership, strategic and relationship skills Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel around the world.


Nice to Have


  • Experience with Asana, MS Project and MS Project server.

  • Credit risk management experience from the banking sector and knowledge of Basel II/III Project management certification – ideally PMP, or Prince2 Advanced Analytical thinking,

  • Some experience with C#/.NET programming and basic SQL or PowerBI knowledge – you don’t need to program yourself, but understanding what developers do will be advantageous
