ESG Specialist - Environment & Sustainability

• Processing of in total 7 important ESG-ratings (SAM, ISS, Sustainalytics, MSCI, CDP, SAQ/NQC and Ecovadis)


• Alignment of rating communication rules Interface coordination/alignment with CR and other relevant departments (Governance, Compliance, IR, HR, PU, HSE, Eco-Design etc.)


• Systematic management of status quo including analysis of strength and weaknesses followed by a deduction and implementation of performance improvements


• Conduct of future impact assessments Participation in stakeholder meetings, in internal/external IR-meetings (interface IR)


• Participation in ESG trainings and webinars Integration of new ESG-areas/topics in KB Regular performance review and reporting to KB management and future target setting


• Systematic integration of Rating requirements in sustainability reporting


• Supporting yearly sustainability report generation

• University degree in a relevant field (e. g. environmental studies, sustainability, economics, finance)


• Experience in the areas of investor relations, controlling, corporate finance, auditing, sustainability or management consulting with a recognizable reference to the topic
  of ESG / sustainability


• Understanding of sustainable finance and the common ESG reporting standards


• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)


• Very strong analytical and communicative skills as well as resilience


• Very good communication and presentation skills in English
