Customer Service Specialist - German + English

Do you speak perfect German and speak English at the same time? Do you have experience in analyzing, evaluating and giving feedback or leading a team?

If so, I have the following offer for you. We are looking for a colleague to join our customer service team, who will be available to Austrian clients of the worldwide product brand IQOS.

  • Check the compliance with set processes, document and evaluate call quality.

  • Report results and participate in the implementation of development activities

  • Provide feedback to operators in order to meet their KPIs.

  • Communicate and cooperate with other colleagues dedicated to quality (supervisors, auditors, HR)

Profil kandidáta

  • German level at least C1 + English level at least B2

  • Open communication and a friendly attitude

  • Experience in providing feedback, whatever it may be

  • Good organizational skills
