- customer portfolio management in Polish-speaking Europe
- communicate with regular customers by phone, email, and also via chat
- receive and process orders
- resolve problems regarding shipping, complaints, process reports, and issue invoices
- work very closely with sales representatives operating in the region to promote sales

- excellent in French and English
- knowledge of MS Office
- team player who is proactive
