Financial Transformation Project Manager, GBS

• Lead and coordinate the transformation projects; select, manage and motivate your project team


• Manage the projects timelines on a daily basis and to keep them on track and budget


• Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time


• Participate in centralizing some local functions in the EMEA GBS to reduce SG&A costs, gain efficiency, control and standardization


• Driving, organizing, and coordinating the growth of GBS EMEA


• Coordinate the HR, Technical (systems, procedures, process) impacts


• Propose and consult new policies, trainings, standards


• Coordinate the change management programs


• Report regularly to management

• Master degree in Finance / Economics


• Strong working experience as a Project Manager on transformation projects in an international group


• Able to work directly with IS department, strong SAP knowledge required


• Advanced communication skills to interact with internal (BSC) and external stakeholders


• Min. of 5 years in Project Management in GSS withing production company


• Strong background in Finance / Accounting is a must, some knowledge of US GAAP, controlling is a plus


• Fluent in English - verbally and written


• Analytical skills, international mindset to enjoy leading mixed teams with focus on efficient project delivery
