Position in charge of all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service.

Oversees guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial targets. Expertise in all food and beverage legislation and regulations.
The perfect candidate for the position of Food and Beverage Manager:

  • Manages and supervises employees. manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employee jobs well enough to handle duties in the absence of staff.

  • Utilizes interpersonal and communication abilities to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates solid financial and business decision-making; demonstrates honesty and integrity; and leads by example.

  • Controls all aspects of the culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations.

  • Responds promptly and proactively to employee issues.

  • Encourages a learning environment with a focus on mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

  • Provides excellent customer service

  • Identifies the brand's service culture and ensures alignment among employees, team leaders, and managers.

  • Takes responsibility for a guest's complaint or problem until it has been remedied or addressed by the relevant manager or staff.

  • Provides exceptional services to ensure customer happiness and retention.

  • Serves as a role model to demonstrate acceptable behavior.

  • Subordinates are guided and directed, with performance requirements established and monitored.

  • Identifies others' educational needs

  • Ensures excellent departmental communication and information systems through logs, department meetings, and property meetings.

Profil kandidáta

Education and Experience

  • Requirements include a high school graduation or GED and 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professions.


  • A 2-year degree from an approved university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a similar field. 2 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or similar professional fields.
