Operational Tasks


  • take active part and support knowledge sharing culture within the organization

  • act as buddy for new joiners

  • serves as the first line of support on any technical issues

  • initiates contractor on-boarding (system requests, facilities, supplier notifications, etc.)

  • creates work orders in the VMS system

  • verifies work order approvals are met (background checks) before contractors’ start date

  • manages approval processes for job requisitions, work orders, and work order extensions

  • notifies managers of upcoming contractor end dates and facilitating extension process

  • assists with contractor transfers to full-time Client employees as appropriate

  • creates and administers a summary of customer/candidate satisfaction surveys

  • monitors weekly timesheets to ensures submissions/approvals occur on time

  • updates and reports in line with agreed reporting frequency


Client Relations and operational delivery


  • provide information to prepare client calls

  • supporting your team ensuring on following the Service Portfolio when delivering MSP service and the standard KPI/SLA set in place

  • train team members on how to use the Service Portfolio and handle new client requests ensuring service delivery does deviate from what is contractually agreed without a formal Change Request

  • support in the process of a change requests

  • execute the improvement plan to resolve possible account under performance

  • build trust with the countries to enable centralization of services


Stakeholder Management and ‘Sales’


  • showcase the ROC as the Central Center of Excellence for MSP Services towards our internal organization Requirements

Profil kandidáta


  • 0-2 years of experience in a service orientated business environment, preferably MSP, HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, account management

  • bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant business experience.

  • strong communication skills in both English and other European language (German, French, Italian, Dutch etc.) as a plus.

  • good understanding of complex business processes

  • ability to deal with various internal and external stakeholders

  • good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS Systems) such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN etc. will be an advantage

  • flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and busy environment

  • the ability to manage a demanding workload, able to priorities and push back where necessary
